Right to withdraw from the purchase and return of goods

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The buyer can download an electronic withdrawal form from the web or send any unambiguous statement clearly indicating that they are withdrawing from the contract. In this case, the provider will immediately send the buyer an email confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal form on a durable medium.

The only cost that burdens the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the submitted notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). It is considered that the buyer returns the goods on time if they send them before the expiry of the 14-day return period.

The buyer must return the received goods undamaged, unopened in the original packaging, and in an unchanged quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.

The refund of payments will be executed immediately or no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider returns the received payments to the buyer using the same method of payment as used by the buyer, unless the buyer has explicitly requested the use of another method of payment and provided that the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. The provider may withhold the refund of received payments until the returned goods are received. The product subject to return must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return of the received goods to the provider within the withdrawal period shall be considered as a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
